Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer in their respective country. Each country has different tax regulations, and buyers are expected to be aware of their local import policies.

Unboxing Video Requirement
Buyers are required to record a clear unboxing video when receiving their order. This serves as proof in case the item arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any issues, and is necessary to file a claim with the seller.

Reporting Issues & Claims
If there is an error on the seller’s side (such as damaged or missing items), the buyer must inform the seller promptly. Solutions will be provided after verification, and buyers may contact us via Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM for faster response.
